Things to keep in mind while returning


InMonarch remains committed to your total satisfaction. Once we have tailored your desired clothes according to your direct specifications, measurements, and APPROVAL, then:
• All goods, once sold, may be sent back and refunded ONLY if an order is defective upon delivery, or arrives differently than what was originally advertised. 
• If a return/refund is requested based on the above qualifications, the product needs to be returned to us within 14 days from the when the shipment was received. The customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.
• If a returned package does not arrive in our care, and you cannot provide the tracking information, we may not be able to refund you.
• Items being returned may not have been worn or used. They must be sent back in the exact pristine condition with which you received them, with all of the original packaging and accessories. If a Customs fee is to be charged as the package re-enters India, the buyer is responsible for the paying of this fee. No item may be returned on the basis of it being available for a lower price from a different vendor, nor for the simple reason of your disliking it or no longer needed.


If, after placing your order, you need to cancel it, the following Cancellation Charges for each item of clothing will apply: The money transaction fees, charged by our payment gateway when they took your payment for our product, the fabric procurement charges we paid when we ordered the fabric for your garments, and, finally, reimbursement for the work our craftsman have already completed, including the verifying of the measurements you submitted to us. Until these charges have been paid off by the buyer, an order will not be cancelled. In the cases where fabric charges apply, the buyer has the option to have us just ship the un-tailored fabric to their doorstep.


Orders are usually delivered between 11-21 days upon our receipt of your payment.


All custom made orders are based on the measurements, styles, choice of fabrics, and other options that the customer provides to us through our online Order Form. All orders are crafted at the sole discretion of our tailors, whose work is based upon their experience and the information provided to us by the customer. We do not warrant unfit tailoring caused by inappropriate or incorrect measurements provided by the customer, nor by any misunderstanding the customer may have concerning the correct use of metric units. Our tailors reserve the right to make decisions, based solely on their judgement, in the case that a customer did not specify a style or design and in the case where minor adjustments to a garment are necessary. We are committed to providing the fabric choice of our customers, however, availability of fabrics and materials are subject to stock-on-hand and vendor availability. If an ordered fabric happens to be unavailable, we will notify our customers concerning the out-of-stock fabric within 48 hours of receiving their order. Fabric colors seen on this website may have up to a 5-10% color difference when compared to the actual material, depending upon the quality and setting of the customer’s computer monitor. If a potential buyer is not sure about a color, they may send us an email requesting more information.
